Last updated 2026-11-01. This notice explains, in plain language, how CleanHomeWiz handles the information you send with a booking request.

What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect your name, email address, mobile number (if you want a text reply), city, the plan you chose, your preferred date and time, and any notes you add.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your request, confirm a cleaning time and do the job. We do not add you to a marketing list.

Who receives it

Your request is emailed to the owner of CleanHomeWiz. It passes through our email-sending provider and our website host, which process it only to deliver it. A backup copy is stored with our website host so a request is never lost if an email fails. We never sell or share your information.

Consent

By ticking the consent box you agree to be contacted by email or text about your request. This follows Canada's anti-spam law (CASL). We will not send you promotional messages unless you separately ask for them.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests for 24 months, then delete them. Ask us any time and we'll delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time. Email us or text us and we'll take care of it. We follow the principles of Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA).

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking. If we ever turn on simple visitor statistics, this page will say so first.
